The Young Managers Club
A unique opportunity to bring young managers together as they start their management journey to learn and share together.
Each facilitator led session lasts between 90 minutes and 2 hours and typically comprises a group of between 8 and 12 young managers. There will be around 30 minutes of guided preparation work to complete before each session.
We kick off with a catch up on what we discussed in the previous session, celebrating our successes and progress and chatting about some of the challenges. We then move on to the main topic. After a 15 minute introduction from the facilitator, building on the preparation work, we open the floor to peer-to-peer discussion, which is where the magic starts to happen.
Each session gives new managers the chance see different perspectives and learn from others' experiences in a supportive environment, whilst diving into a different piece of valuable management discovery.
A WhatsApp group managed by the facilitator provides inter-session support and advice.
Online and face-to-face sessions are available - next cohort: November 2024 start.
£59 online and £75 face-to-face per session - purchased in blocks of 6 sessions.
In-company delivery is also available.
One-to-one & Group Coaching
Ian is an experienced Level 7 qualified Executive Coaching after completing the Henley Business School Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching in 2022/23. He is an associate member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and is currently completing a MSc in Organisational Psychology.
His coaching clients range from Junior Manager, through to Senior Managers and Business Leaders. He is heavily focused on providing a supportive, outcomes focused approach.
He also coaches small groups of managers developing in their roles, either as part of an overall training programme, or as a part of a bespoke programme.

Ian provides bespoke in-company training across a wide-range of management topics. He has particular experience in tailoring content to meet the needs of marketing and commercial teams, IT teams, as well as understanding the unique challenges of building management teams within an SME environment,
